NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the History of Physics Group will be help at 17.15 on Thursday 24 November 2011 at IOP, 76 Portland Place, London, W1B 1NT.
The meeting will directly follow the Anniversaries meeting

The group is always looking for enthusiastic members to join the group committee. The committee normally meets about 3 times a year. Its work includes arrangements for an annual plenary meeting in IOP headquarters in January. a Spring or Summer meeting associated with a history meeting and the AGM following an Autumn meeting.

Nomination for committee members/group officers are invited and should be made to the honorary secretary, Dr John Roche (john.roche@linacre.ox.ac.uk) before Thursday 17 November. Please use the nomination form.

If you cannot attend the AGM but have any issues you would like to be raised at the meeting, please contact the honorary secretary.

No fee is charged to attend the Annual General Meeting.
